From September 5th to 6th, Ma Biao, the vice president of the National Committee of C.P.P.C.C., led a delegate of the public figures without party affiliation to Qufu and Zoucheng. He was accompanied by Yu Anguo, the vice president of Shandong Provincial Political Consultative Conference, for inspection in order to "adhere to Chinese excellent traditional culture and enhance the cohension force". Guo Chengyan, secretary of the Party Committee and deputy director of Nishan World Confucian Center (Secretariat of China Confucius Foundation), and Yang Chaoming, deputy director of Nishan World Confucian Center and dean of Confucius Research Institute took part in the inspection.

The delegate inspected the three teaching spots of Jining Cadres' Political Virture Education Center related to Confucius and two related to Mencius, Confucius Research Instittue and Nishan Sacred Scenery. After listening to the reports from these units, the delegate fully recognized the practice of exploring, spreading and carrying forward of Chinese excellent traditional culture by Jining city.
