The Opening Ceremony of Yi-ology Research Center of Confuciu

     On the morning of May 17th, the opening ceremony of Yi-ology Research Center of Confucius Research Institute and study class of Taishan Scholars was held. This center succeeds Liyue Civilization Center, Overseas Confucianism Research and Spread Center and the Branch Center in South Korea, Lunyu Ology Research Center and Unearthed Documents and Chineses Confucianism Research Center, and will further promoter the academic capacity of Confucius Research Institute. 
     Yang Chaoming, Vice Director of World Confucian Center, Dean and Researcher of Confucius Research Institute, Li Shangxin, Vice Director and Professor of Yi-ology and Chinese Ancient Philosophy Research Center of Shandong University, Xie Jinliang, Professor of Fudan Univesity, and Liu Bin, Deputy Dean and Professor of Confucius Culture Center and Director of Zhouyi Research Center of Qufu Normal University, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Over 40 people including Wen Haiming, specially-invited expert of Confucius Research Institute and Taishan Scholar of Shandong Province, professors from Qilu Normal University, Jilin Normal University, Minzu University of China, Zhengzhou University, Tao Anjun, director of Huayi Biotech Company, Lu Zequan, Nishan Scholar of Jining city and associate researcher of Confucius Research Institute, and Wen Haiming's major team members attended the ceremony. Mi Huaiyong presided over the activity.
     Yang Chaoming and Wen Haiming unveiled the research center.
     After the ceremony, Taishan Scholars study class was held, the participants gave keynote speeches on relative issues about Confucius' Yi ology.
