Cooperation Achievement Exhibition for China-Thailand Educat

     On January 25th, the Cooperation Achievement Exhibition for China-Thailand Educational Exchange jointly organized by the Education Section of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, the Maritime Silk Road Confucius Institute, the Confucius Institute at Phranakhon Rajabhat University, and the Confucius Classroom at Traimit Wittayalai High School, was presented at the "Happy Spring Festival" event in Bangkok’s Chinatown. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn of Thailand attended the event and visited the exhibition. She was accompanied by Prayuth Chan-ocha, Prime Minister of Thailand; Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Minister of Tourism and Sports; Yang Xin, Chargé d 'affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, and Chang Yumeng, Cultural Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand.

     Song Ruoyun, Director of the Education Section of the Chinese Embassy in Thailand, briefed Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on the important achievements of educational exchanges and cooperation between China and Thailand, especially the outstanding achievements that China and Thailand have made through cooperation in vocational education. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn took pretty much interest in the first Gem King’s Cup Vocational Education Contest of “Chinese + Vocational Skills” and the project of Education Cooperation on China-Thailand High-Speed Rail held in Chltralada School in 2019.
The exhibition
     The two-day Cooperation Achievement Exhibition for China-Thailand Educational Exchange consists of 16 sections, mainly introducing the general development of Chinese education, the establishment of educational exchange mechanisms and the signing of cooperation agreements, the development of vocational education cooperation, the cooperation between Chinese and Thailand institutions, and the development of Confucius Institutes and Confucius Classrooms in Thailand, etc.. Demonstrating the progress and cooperation in education between China and Thailand, the Exhibition has attracted great attention of the Thai people.
