Young Scholars of Confucius Research Institute Took Part in

     On October 28th, 2017, the Forum of Excellent Traditional Culture was grandly held at Shangdong Women's University. Young scholars of our institute Liu Xiaoxia and Song Yun took part in the forum on invitation and submitted the papers of Masterful in Major and Munificent in Character——On the Quality of Modern Businessmen from the Angle of Traditional Culture and the Popularization of the Analects and the Growing up of Juveniles. Liu Xiaoxia gave thematic speech during the forum.
     This forum was sponsored by Shandong Youth and Children Academy of Social Science and Shangdong Women’s University, aiming at discussing the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional culture of Shandong province based on studying the 19th National Congress report. The vice principal of Shangdong Women’s University and Professor Liu Zhenglin and dean of Shandong Youth and Children Academy of Social Science Pei Yunfeng attended the opening ceremony and gave speeches. The experts aired their own views on the spread and development of the excellent traditional culture and provided advice on the cultural construction of Shandong province.
     6 first-prize papers, 12 second-prize papers, 16 third-prize papers were selected during the forum. Liu Xiaoxia’s paper Masterful in Major and Munificent in Character——On the Quality of Modern Businessmen from the Angle of Traditional Culture won first prize.
